Return and refund policy

Haris Traders USA is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional services, If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a generous return and refund policy.

Return

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

To initiate a return, please contact us at haris.traders1@hotmail.com or by phone at +19518663006 within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label. You must return the items in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for all returns except those that are a result of our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

This return and refund policy does not apply to:

• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items that are returned without original packaging
• Items that are past the return window
